# Mr Trampoline

> Australian trampoline manufacturer on the same Melbourne site since 1949: the longest continuously operating trampoline manufacturer in the world. We weave our own 2-string performance beds and build our own frames in Carnegie, Victoria, and every part of a Mr Trampoline is replaceable.

## What makes a Mr Trampoline different

- Made here: beds are woven, coated and finished on our own looms in Carnegie, Melbourne. We are the only weaver of 2-string beds in the Southern Hemisphere.
- Frames: 100 x 50 mm (4" x 2") Australian steel RHS, C350 grade, hot-dip galvanised after fabrication.
- Rigid frame: the frame does not flex under the jumper, so the energy goes into the springs and bed and comes back as bounce. Frames are static load-tested to 1,000 kg.
- Springs: 11-inch springs on every full-size model: 98 (Family), 102 (Family Elite), 110 (Olympic) and 114 (Olympic Elite); 152 on the Mega Cube and 162 on the Super Tramp.
- Built to last outdoors: we expect our frames to last 30 years plus, and the frame warranty matches it (see below).

- Repairable, not disposable: beds, springs, hanger clips and surrounds are all sold as replacement parts, so a frame can outlive several beds.
- Commercial pedigree: supplier to Bounce Inc's performance zone since 2012; commercial work includes AFL Max, the Olympic Winter Institute / NSTC aerial training programs and Brighton Grammar. See /commercial/.

## Buying, pickup and service

- Stock: all four standard sizes are held in stock in green or blue. Stock kits typically ship the next business day, Australia-wide. Other colours, custom sizes and specialty models are made to order.
- Factory pickup is our preferred way to sell: same-day pickup from 966–968 Dandenong Road, Carnegie VIC 3163, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
- Parts: stock parts are dispatched within 2 business days. International orders: contact us for a quote.
- Service: in Victoria we service and visit; interstate we can refer contractors we have dealt with who can service competently.

## Warranty (residential, Limited Lifetime Warranty, purchases from 1 November 2025, original purchaser)

- 30 years: frame, legs, galvanised structural components and stainless steel hanger clips
- 8 years: bounce bed, conditional on re-coating with Mr Trampoline rubberised paint every 3 years
- 5 years: rubber surrounds
- Real-world bed life: 20–25 years loved and looked after (re-coated every 3 years); 10–12 years unloved. The 8-year bed warranty is the formal promise, not the expected life.

## Range

- Four standard sizes: Family, Family Elite, Olympic, Olympic Elite. Specialty: Mini Cube, Midi Cube, Mega Cube, Super Tramp, wheelchair-access trampoline.
- Three mountings: in-ground (bed flush with the ground, rubber over the springs), deck-mounted, above-ground.
