Protection where the frame meets the world

Heavy-duty rubber surround protection for in-ground and deck Mr Trampoline frames, cut to fit your model. It covers the frame and springs so feet can’t slip between them.

The rubber

• Material: EPDM rubber, black, 65 ± 5 Shore A hardness
• Thickness: 4.5–5 mm, in 600 mm wide strips
• Dual nylon insertion: two plies of nylon fabric are built into the rubber. They reinforce the sheet against tearing and keep it dimensionally stable, so it holds its shape on the frame rather than stretching.
• UV and ozone stable: EPDM resists ozone and UV, the two things that crack and perish ordinary rubber left outdoors. It is made for prolonged outdoor exposure and is unaffected by water.
• Temperature range: -25 °C to +100 °C

What’s in the kit

Rubber for all four sides of your frame, cut to length; the four corner springs, which come with the rubber kit rather than the spring kit; and the screws and washers to fix it to the frame.

Warranty

5 years on rubber surrounds in residential use. Like any material left outdoors, rubber weathers and fades gradually over the years — that is normal wear rather than a fault. Full terms are on our warranty page.

Delivery

Ships Australia-wide by freight in two cartons, each 60 × 35 × 25 cm — 30 kg per carton, 60 kg for the kit. Mini Cube is lighter, at 15 kg per carton.
