Talk to a real specialist.
Call, write or drop into the factory — either way you’ll reach the people who actually build the trampolines. Before you call, many straight answers are on the FAQ, size compare, and manuals pages.

Visit the Carnegie factory
When: Weekdays at the factory — you’re welcome to drop in and watch a bed being strung. A quick call on (03) 9571 5711 before you leave helps someone meet you on the floor.
Parking: Arrive via Dandenong Road. If you’re bringing a trailer or a large vehicle, call ahead so we can flag the best approach.
What to bring: Your suburb or postcode, a rough yard measurement or photos, and whether you’re leaning deck, in-ground or above-ground. We’ll help you pick a size from Family through Olympic Elite.

What to have ready when you call
Four things get you a real answer in one call rather than three:
- Your postcode — it drives the freight figure, and tells us whether we know an installer near you.
- Which mounting you’re picturing — in-ground, in-deck, or above-ground.
- The size you have room for — measured against the frame external footprint, not the mat. Family and Olympic are 2820 mm deep; the two Elite sizes are 3070 mm.
- Roughly when you want it in the ground.
If you’re not sure on size or mounting, say so. That is the conversation we have most often, and it is a short one — see compare sizes if you’d rather work it out first.
How an enquiry usually goes
We quote from the current price sheet, so the figure you are given is the figure on the website — inc GST, no surprises on the way through. Tell us your suburb and what you are after and we will reply within one business day.
We manufacture the trampoline; we do not install it. The kit price is never installation labour. If you would rather not do the install yourself, ask us — nationally we can usually put you in touch with an installer who is happy to do the work. Install-only figures for Family, Olympic and Olympic Elite are on the Installation page; ask for Family Elite or deck quoting.
Freight is quoted live from your postcode on any kit page, or we will include it in a written quote. A kit travels as one skid of 230–250 kg, so it is forklift delivery or depot pickup.
Common questions are answered on the FAQ, and every assembly and care manual is on the manuals page.
