Limited Lifetime Warranty

Mr Trampoline Pty Ltd provides this Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser of its trampoline products (the “Product”). It is designed to provide fair and reliable protection against manufacturing defects, while clearly excluding damage arising from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the supplied care and maintenance instructions.

1. What this warranty covers

Mr Trampoline warrants that the Product will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the Product, when used under normal residential conditions and in full accordance with the assembly, installation, use and maintenance instructions supplied.

“Lifetime of the Product” means the period commencing on the date of original purchase and ending when the Product is no longer reasonably usable for its intended purpose due to normal wear and tear (and not due to any manufacturing defect).

Specific manufacturers’ warranties

Maintenance requirement

To maintain UV resistance and maximise the lifespan of the bounce bed in Australia’s harsh sunlight, the bounce bed must be re-coated with Mr Trampoline’s rubberised mat paint every 3 years (or more frequently depending on usage and wear). Adherence to this maintenance schedule is a condition of this warranty. Failure to adhere to the recommended maintenance schedule, including timely repainting, will void coverage for the bounce bed.

Remedies

In the event of a covered manufacturing defect, Mr Trampoline will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective component with an equivalent part.

2. What is not covered (exclusions and limitations)

This warranty does not apply to:

3. Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

4. Governing law

This warranty is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Melbourne under the rules of the Australian Disputes Centre.

Commercial Use Guarantee

Mr Trampoline provides this Commercial Use Guarantee to the original purchaser for trampolines used in commercial, institutional, or high-volume settings, subject to the same conditions as the residential Limited Lifetime Warranty above.

Specific manufacturers’ warranties

Maintenance requirement

For full coverage under this guarantee, the bounce bed must be re-coated with Mr Trampoline’s rubberised mat paint annually. This is a strict condition of the Commercial Use Guarantee.

Remedies, exclusions and transferability

Mr Trampoline will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any component found to have a manufacturing defect. The exclusions and limitations are identical to those listed under What is not covered above. In addition, any deviation from the approved venue policies or maintenance requirements will void the guarantee for the bounce bed. This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Refunds and returns

All prices and fees on this page include GST. This section sits alongside the warranty above and does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If something is wrong — this comes first, and nothing below reduces it

If a product is faulty, has been wrongly described, is different to what you ordered, or does not do what it is supposed to do, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.

Change of mind

Please choose carefully, and talk to us before you order — we would much rather help you get the specification right than process a return. Where a change-of-mind return is available, it works as set out below. In every case, contact us for a return authorisation before sending anything back.

Bounce beds in our standard colours

Complete trampolines and other oversize items

Anything that ships on a skid.

Made-to-order and custom items — no change-of-mind returns

Our bounce beds are woven to order in the size, string configuration and colour you choose. Kits built to a custom size, in-ground installations and commercial projects are made to your specification. These items cannot be resold, so we cannot accept a return or give a refund because you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size.

We will always help you get the specification right before you order. Please call (03) 9571 5711 or email info@mrtrampoline.com.au and check your measurements with us first.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if a made-to-order item is faulty or is not what you ordered.

How to start a return

Email info@mrtrampoline.com.au or call (03) 9571 5711 with your order number. We will confirm in writing whether the return is accepted, what it will cost you, and where to send it. Please do not send anything back before you have that confirmation.

Returns address (authorised returns only): Mr Trampoline Pty Ltd, 968 Dandenong Road, Carnegie VIC 3163.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, those statutory guarantees.
