No. Kit price is the trampoline (frame, bed, springs, rubber or padding as listed), inc GST. Pit work, concrete, drainage and on-site assembly are separate. We build in Carnegie and ship as a kit — install labour isn’t included. Routes and bands: Installation.

Four standard sizes: Family, Family Elite, Olympic, Olympic Elite (up to 114 springs on Olympic Elite). Frame/mat mm and prices are on Family trampolines and each kit product. Compare mounting and sizes: Compare.

In stock on the four standard sizes: Green or Blue. Grey and other non-standard colours are made to order (+$330 inc GST except Yellow, which has no colour surcharge). Made-to-order has no change-of-mind return; ACL faulty/misdescribed rights still apply.

In-ground sits flush in a pit with rubber surrounds. Above-ground is free-standing (~1.0 m) with padding. Deck bolts into a structural retaining wall or engineered deck. Same handmade bed and bounce — choose the mounting that fits the garden. Decision module: Family trampolines.

The 8-year bed warranty requires re-coating every 3 years with our rubberised paint. Beds are replaceable forever — keep the frame and clips. Longevity stories and the “why ours last” answer: Why ours last.

We manufacture in Carnegie and ship as a kit. Many owners and builders put it in using our guides. If you’d rather someone else dig and set it, tell us where you are — nationally we can usually find an installer who’s willing, including outside Victoria.

No. We do not describe trampolines as certified to AS 5159.1. Commercial venues may be designed with AS 5159.1 in mind; where engaged, Adam Richards may issue a written opinion as a competent person. That is not product certification. See Commercial.

Normal wear and tear, including fading, surface rust, spring stretch and UV deterioration of the painted bed and rubber surrounds. UV fading or embrittlement of the bounce bed from direct sunlight. Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, animals, fire, heat, or improper assembly or installation. Cuts or damage from sharp objects. Use of skis, snowboards, scooters, skateboards, bicycles or anything else not intended for a trampoline. Modifications or repairs by unauthorised parties. Any failure to follow the supplied safety, assembly or maintenance instructions. Non-residential use, which is covered by the separate Commercial Use Guarantee instead.

Missing the maintenance schedule, including timely repainting, voids coverage for the bounce bed.

Our goods come with consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, and this warranty is in addition to those rights.

The Commercial Use Guarantee covers any non-residential setting — including but not limited to schools, clubs, gymnastics and training venues, therapy and institutional settings, and commercial trampoline venues.

Five years on rubber surrounds and springs. The bounce bed is 8 years for approved gymnastics venues, including school and club gymnasiums, that enforce a no-shoes, no-jewellery, gymnastics-attire policy — and 4 years for all other venues. Which term applies is decided by the policy the venue actually enforces, not by what kind of organisation it is. Annual re-coating is a strict condition of the commercial bed guarantee.

The same exclusions as the residential warranty apply, and your Australian Consumer Law rights are unaffected.

Yes — and it is a condition, not advice. Residential: re-coat with Mr Trampoline rubberised paint every 3 years. Commercial and other non-residential venues: annually. Skip it and bed coverage is void.

Freight is quoted live from your postcode — enter it on any kit page and you will get a real figure before you commit, rather than an estimate.

A kit ships as a single skid weighing 230–250 kg depending on size, so it is forklift delivery to your address or pickup from a freight depot. Deliveries to the factory go to 968 Dandenong Road; office mail goes to 966.

Yes. Beds, springs, clips and both kinds of surrounds are stocked for all four standard sizes, and the standalone prices are on the compare page.

That is the point of the way these are built — every part is replaceable, so a well-maintained frame outlives several beds.

We do, at 966–968 Dandenong Road, Carnegie VIC 3163. Frames are Australian steel; beds are woven and painted in our own workshop. The Steelfast lineage behind the business goes back to 1949.
